Elizabeth MacFarland Design
Event Design
The goal of your fundraising event is to attract attendees and sponsors, and to raise money for your cause and organization.
You want your fundraising event to not only attract donors, (yes!), but equally important, to showcase your organizations’ mission within the community, and raise awareness as to the good work that it is doing.

Great graphics can bring attention to both your event and your mission!
The event design should sparkle, intrigue,
and make an impression!
General stages of the event design and the services I provide.
1.) Development of theme and key art: Generally, I present two concepts. As your designer I can help to develop and realize your “vision/theme”for the event.
2.) Event logo and header: These office-use friendly graphic elements are used in all your solicitation efforts. This will start to create a visual connection to the event for potential guests and donors.
3.) Save the Date/Digital Eblast/Social Media: Announces the event well in advance of the event date to start building excitement andget the date marked on people’s calendars.
4.) Invitation package: This signature piece presents the event particulars, and importantly delivers the Sponsorship levels and RSVP. This is generally the most impressive and important piece of your marketiing.

5.) Program/Tribute Journal:
This is the journal that commemorates the event! It is also a marketing tool the guests can take with them when they leave. This can be a great revenue generator in the selling of advertisements.

To ensure success in your event's vision and branding, I will work hard to listen to your ideas and design professional concept artwork that is artistic
and meaningful.
The primary goal: To make it a signature special event that shouldn’t be missed!
I work on a project by project basis, and I am always happy to provide a free, no-obligation design quote. emacfarland@eartlink.net. • 626.577.7583
